ACCOUNT & WEBSITE USE
By registering with Thobes of Sultan, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where suspicious behaviour is identified.

ORDERS & PRICING
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Any order placed by you is treated as an offer to purchase. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance. A contract is formed only when payment has been successfully processed or when the goods have been dispatched, whichever occurs later.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including where:
• The item is out of stock or discontinued
• Payment authorisation fails
• There is an obvious pricing error
If a pricing error is identified after your order is placed, we will contact you to confirm the corrected price or issue a full refund.
We take reasonable care to keep your order and payment details secure. However, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for unauthorised third-party access to data provided during your use of the website.
DELIVERY
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 7:00am–2:00pm (UK time), excluding bank holidays. Orders placed outside these hours will be processed on the next working day.
DHL Express orders have a cut-off time of 11am (UK time), Monday to Friday.
During peak periods (including Ramadan and Eid) or severe weather conditions, delivery times may be slightly extended.
If we are unable to fulfil part of your order due to stock availability, you will be refunded for the affected items. No additional compensation will be offered.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international deliveries, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges required by the destination country.
If an order is returned due to:
• refusal to pay customs fees, or
• an incorrect or incomplete delivery address
the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
If you request the order to be re-sent, new shipping charges will apply.
RETRS & EXCHANGES
We offer a 14-day returns and exchanges window from the date of delivery, provided the item is unworn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team with your order details.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately.
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
