Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

UK Delivery

UK delivery options, prices and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

United States Delivery

We offer the following tracked delivery options:

  • DPD Tracked USA: approximately 3–6 working days
  • DHL Express Worldwide: approximately 1–3 working days

Shipping costs are calculated using the total packaged weight of your order:

Import Duties and Taxes

Any import duties, taxes or customs fees are the customer’s responsibility. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

DPD or DHL will contact you directly if payment is required before delivery.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow a short period for tracking updates to appear.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs checks, severe weather, carrier disruption or other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.

Incorrect Addresses and Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at  support@thobesofsultan.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.

If an order is returned because an incorrect address was provided, delivery was refused or customs charges were not paid, any original shipping and carrier return charges may be deducted from the refund where legally permitted.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact support@thobesofsultan.com with your order number and any relevant photographs. We will investigate the issue with the delivery carrier.
